Gals, this trend might make you very happy because you get to steal clothes from BF closet…

We have been seeing a lots of menswear this season especially the tuxedos. Some designers kept them very masculine while others made them very sexy and provocative. I think the blazer is a good investment because you can wear it with a dress or simple pants and still look very fashionable and stylish. Do you remember famous white blazer that Samantha wore in Sex and The City without bra....that was hot. I found some of the best this season and I hope you'll like them as much as I do!

Ovaj trend bi vas mogao učiniti jako sretnima jer će vam krađa dečkove robe konačno biti dozvoljena. Vidjeli smo mnogo muške robe nošene kao ženske ovo sezone, a naročito mnogo sakoa. Neki dizajneri ostavili su ih vrlo muževnima dok su se neki poigrali i kreirali vrlo ženstvene i provokativne. Mislim da je sako dobra investicija jer može biti nošen preko haljine kao neka svečana jaknica, ali i preko običnih hlača, a da i dalje izgledate fashionalbe i stylish. Sjećate li se bijelog sakoa kojeg je Samantha nosila u Sex i gradu bez grudnjaka.....jako sexy. Pronašao sam neke od najboljih ove sezone i nadam se da će vam se svidjeti jednako kao i meni.

FALL 2011 TREND: LACE

BLUMARINE

 

You thought we forgot about this trend? Of course not! All fall trends are fabulous and we should definitely try them, but this one…my fave!  Sex appeal, femininity, elegance ... all in one!

The most usual is a black lace, which is classic and always looks beautiful. Some decided to play with the colors so red, white, royal blue, yellow, purple and a wonderful nude lace hit the runways too.

 

Mislili ste da smo zaboravili na ovaj trend? Naravno da nismo! Svi jesenski trendovi su fabulous a trebali bismo ih definitivno isprobati, ali ovaj je i moj najdraži! Seksipil, ženstvenost, elegancija…sve u jednom!

Najkorištenija  je crna čipka koja je klasik i uvijek izgleda predivno. Neki su se odlučiti poigrati i bojama pa se na pistama pojavila čipka u crvenoj, bijelom, kraljevsko plava, žutoj i predivnoj nude boji.

I actually like what Jason Wu did, combining lace with other materials. You have to admit those creations look incredibly romantic and chic. He proves that you can enjoy this trend and look fabulous just with a little lace. Great job Jason!

NYFW FALL 2011 REVIEW

(This post is not about Anna! Thanks for reading!)

 

New York Fashion Week is probably one of the biggest and most famous events in the fashion world. As the NYFW actually started on September 8^th ,I simply had to mention it.

I found this fantastic video about the past NYFW where were presented the autumn-winter collections. What an amazing review! There was so much going on, but designers certainly managed to entertain us! I'm wondering what are they preparing for next spring-summer!

 

P.S. I know that the video takes longer but it is really worth a look!

NYFW je jedan od najvećih i vjerojatno najpoznatijih događaja u svijetu mode. Kako nam se približava jednostavno sam ga morala spomenuti. Pronašla sam ovaj fantastičan video o prošlom NYFW gdje su se predstavljale jesensko-zimske kolekcije. Koji odličan osvrt! Bilo je svega, a dizajneri su nas zasigurno uspjeli zabaviti! Pitam se što nam pripremaju na sljedeće proljeće-ljeto!

FALL 2011 TREND: CORSET

(LOUIS VUITTON)

A few years back, this trend was appropriate only in the form of underwear. Today, fortunately corsets are back in fashion but they are no more relegated to mere undergarments.

They can be worn as a visible fashion accessory wile slimming the body, defining the waist and uplifting the bust. Many designers choose corsets to make their collections sexy and seductive. I really like this trend, especially in LV's performance.

Nekoliko godina unazad, ovaj je trend bio primjeren samo u obliku donjeg rublja. Danas, na sreću, korzeti su ponovno u modi, ali ne samo kao donje rublje. Mogu biti nošeni kao vidljivi modni dodatak dok istovremeno čine tijelo mršavijim, definiraju struk i podižu poprsje. Mnogi su dizajneri odabrali upravo korzet kako bi im kolekcije bile sexy i zavodljive. Meni se ovaj trend jako sviđa, naročito u izvedbi Louisa Vuitona.
