Today I will introduce you a up-and-coming and brilliant designer. If you still haven't heard of Steffi Crown I'm sure you'll enjoy this post….

Well, Steffi Crown is a high fashion apparel and accessories brand, founded in 2011 by Stephania Ayiotou. After graduating filmmaking at the Lee Strasberg Academy in New York Steffi directed her first film, which also assured her a place at the 2011 Festival de Cannes. Her success doesn't stop here, of course. Her debut collection was recognized by Harper Bazaar as ‘Best New Comer’, and it has been featured as OK magazine's "Favourites". Stars such as Sarah Drew and Berenice Bejo, lead actress of The Artist, have been spotted wearing Steffi Crown.

Danas ću vam predstaviti jednu nadolazeću i brilijantnu dizajnericu. Ako još uvijek niste čuli za Steffi Crown siguran sam da ćete uživati u ovom postu.

Steffi Crown je brend visoke mode i modnih dodataka kojeg je 2011. godine osnovala Stephania Ayiotou. Nakon što je diplomirala film na Lee Strasberg Academy u New York-u Stephania je direktirala svoj prvi film koji joj je osigurao mjesto na Kanskom film festivalu 2011-te. Njezin uspjeh ne prestaje ovdje, naravno. Svojom prvom kolekcijom Steffi Crown je dospjela na Baazar-ovu listu kao najbolji nadolazeći dizajner te na onu OK magazina kao favorit. Zvijezde poput Sarah Drew I Bernice Bejo, glavne glumice u filmu Umjetnik, samo su neke koje nose Steffi Crown.

What I really like about her collection is strong geometry and simplicity mixed with playful prints. What is also interesting is Angela Hooker's textile work for Steffi Crown since she previously collaborated with Felder Felder.

Always exploring modern design with engineered composition and classic silhouette. Each piece is meticulously tailored to perfection.

We don't want to give away too much but we can say that we'll be rockin' some of Steffi's designs soon, so stay tuned.

Ono što mi se zaista sviđa u njezinoj kolekciji jest snažna geomtrija i jednostavnost pomiješana sa zaigranim printevima. Također vrlo je interesantan i dizajn tekstila Angele Hooker koja već duži niz godina surađuje sa modnom markom Felder Felder.

Dizajnerica uvijek eksperimentira sa modernim dizajnom, projektiranim sastavom, ali i klasičnom siluetom. Svaki je odjevni komad studiozno prilagođen do savršenstva.

Ne mogu vam previše otkriti, ali mogu vam reći da ćemo uskoro imati priliku i mi nositi neke njezine kreacije.

DOVE FASHION.HR PRE-PARTY 2012

Hello fashionistas! 

Our Croatian readers may have already seen the pictures on facebook, but for those who still haven't here are a few of ours.

All of the photos were taken on the Dove Fashion.hr Press Party that we were invited to. Great event that gathered a lot of stylish people in one place. As we are approaching Dove Fashion.hr we have to admit that we are very excited. Another reason for this is that Antonia, along with several other bloggers, became ambassador of Dove Fashion.hr and will have the opportunity to walk the runway of our designer Aleksandra Dojčinović for Dove! We are both very excited and can not wait for March 15th!

Naši hrvatski čitatelji možda su već vidjeli slike na facebooku, ali za one koji nisu evo i nekoliko naših. OUTFIT POST: PINK+LEATHER

Hello my dearest!
Here's another outfit post.

I wanted to show you a combination that I wore couple of days ago. I spent the afretnoon hanging out with my dear friends and bloggers. I was overjoyed because it’s finally warmer wich means it’s time for some spring pieces to come out of the closet! Yaaay! As you can see, the pink hair is gone, actually I have a new hairstyle, my hair is now a little darker so I'm not totally blonde anymore. I hope you like it!

Evo mene i još jednog outfit posta. Ovoga puta neću duljiti, ukratko ovo je bila kombinacija koju sam nosila prije nekoliko dana, na jednom divnom blogerskom druženju! :) Bila sam presretna jer je zatoplilo i konačno je došlo vrijeme da proljetne krpice izađu iz ormara! Yaaay! Kao što vidite roze kose više nema, zapravo imam novu frizuru, malo sam potamnila kosu pa više nisam skroz plava. Nadam se da vam se sviđa! OUTFIT POST: PINK HAIR

 

 

Hi guys!

First of all I want to apologize for not posting for so long, I had some computer problems but also some college obligations. Now I'm back to normal, and it's finally time for an outfit post, right?

The main inspiration for this look was the pink hair, which is a great change if you want to spice up your style. This is a hair color that can be washed, and I actually tried it few weeks ago, but it turned out TERRIBLE. I hope it looks better this time. :)

Honestly, I love black and white combinations with pop of color or great accessories, so this outfit is similar, I really wanted to keep it simple and minimal.

 

P. S. We are expecting Dove Fashion.hr, one of the best fashion events in Croatia, I’m so excited! This time I have some looks in mind so you can expect more outfit posts!

Prije svega moram se ispričati zbog ne-postanja, imala sam neke kompjutorske probleme, ali i obveze na fakultetu. Sada se sve vratilo u normalnu, i da, konačno je došlo vrijeme i za outfit post, zar ne? :)

Ovoga puta, glavna inspiracija bila mi je roza kosa, koja je moram priznati odlična promjena ako želite malo začiniti svoj stil. Riječ je o boji koja se ispire, a prvi puta sam ju probala prije nekoliko tjedana, međutim pokušaj bojanja isključio vrhova završio je kao promašaj. Nadam se da je ovoga puta bolje. :)

Iskreno, već sam dugo vjerna crno-bijelim kombinacijama kojima volim dodati malo boja ili neki dobar accesories, a s ovim lookom nisam htjela previše komplicirati.

 

P.S. Bliži nam se Dove Fashion.hr, baš se veselim! Ovoga sam puta outfite osmislila na vrijeme tako da očekujte još outfit postova!

Hi fashionistas!

Hope you are doing all well. It was snowing for couple of days in Zagreb and we were freezing!

Don't like snow at all, to be honest.  So I'm looking foward to spring and warmer days! Ifeel like I'm a step closer when I'm checking out the spring collections of our beloved designers. Lots of them included mint in their color palette, and that it will be a huge hit knew Lady Gaga who gave us a hint in the video Marry the Night, saying: "I also believe that Mint will be very big in fashion next spring!"

Nekoliko dana nam je padao snijeg u Zagrebu i konačno prestao, ne znam za vas, ali ja ga baš i ne volim. Tako da se radujem proljeću i toplijim danima! Osjećam kao da sam korak bliže kad gledam proljetne kolekcije naših dragih dizajnera. Mnogi su u svoju paletu boja uključili i nijansu svijetlo zelene, poznatije kao boju minta, a da će biti veliki hit dala nam je naslutiti Lady Gaga koja je u svom spotu Marry the Night rekla: " Vjerujem da će mint će biti hit u modi sljedećeg proljeća! "

 

I'm totally in love in his color (now burgundy in my second love:) HOT COLOR: BURGUNDY), there is something special about it. It's simple, refreshing and perfect for spring. It can be worn in many ways and combined with other interesting pieces and it does not look gaudy. Do you agree?

 

Ja sam skroz zaljubljena u ovu boju (sada je bordo moja druga ljubav :) čekirajte), ima nešto posebno u njoj. Jednostavna je, osvježavajuća i savršena za proljeće.Može se nositi na različite načine i u kombinaciji s drugim zanimljivim komadima a da ne izgleda prenapadno. Slažete li se?
