HOT COLOR: BURGUNDY

 

 

Have you ever wondered why are you always wearing the same pieces when you have a closet full of clothes? It often happends to me, because I have this weird obsession with colors or pieces of clothing, shoes or jewelry. This time I'm totally into this fabulous color: burgundy.

Jeste se ikada pitali zašto uvijek nosite istu odjeću a imate pun ormar??  Meni se to često događa, upravo zato što imam te neke čudne opsesije bojama ili komadima odjeće, cipelama ili nakitom. Ovoga puta sam totalno u ovoj fabulous boji: tamno crvena.

Makes a unique combination with gray and beige, and you shoud not be afraid to try a burgundy lipstick or nail polish... you won't make a mistake! FALL 2011 TREND: SNAKE SKIN

Isn't this hot or what? It feels very exotic, sensual, has a timeless appeal and by wearing it you just can't look unfeminine and unsexy…

This trend comes in variety of colors, shapes and of course prices. Designers usually use natural colored skin but also chemically treated one to get vibrant colors. Of course, for you who wouldn't wear real leather there is always a good replacement made of faux skin for more affordable prices.

I'm sure that we will see this trend all over the stores and shelves whether we like it or not.

Nije li ovo sexy? Izgleda vrlo egzotično, senzualno, ima bezvremenski apel i noseći ovaj trend jednostavno ne možete ne izgledati sexy i ženstveno. Dizajneri obično koriste kožu prirodne boje, ali i onu kemijski tretiranu kako bi dobili jarke boje. Naravno, za vas koji ne biste nosili pravu kožu uvijek postoji dobra zamjena napravljena od umjetne kože za pristupačniju cijenu.

Siguran sam da će ovaj trend preplaviti sve trgovine i police svidjelo se to nama ili ne.

OUTFIT POST: VINTAGE LOVE

 

My dearest fashionistas, how are you?

Recently, Mani had shown you his very first outfit post, the outfit he wore for day 3 of Croatian Fashion Week. My photos were unfortunately delated so you could not see the details- Too bed.
Mani and I were hanging out the other day and I was wearing this romantic and playful look. It was inspired by this midi vintage pleated skirt. I’m sure you all know how huge these skirts are this season and the same thing was 20 years sgo! Crazy, ha? I combined it with the floral print shirt which is a new piece in my closet, I just love it! I chose the ankle boots wedges which makes the whole outfit more casual.

Drage moje fashioniste, kako ste?

Mani je nedavno imao svoj prvi outfit post s Cro a portera. Moje su se slike nažalost izbrisale pa niste mogli vidjeti detalje. No pustimo sad to. Mani i ja smo se zabavljali neki dan, a nosila sam ovaj zaigrani, romantični look. Inspiriran je ovom midi vintage plisiranom suknjom koja je inače it komad sezone a ista stvar je bila prije 20 godina! Mislim da je zbilja odličan komad jer se može skombinirati na mnogo načina, zar ne? Kombinirala sam je s košuljicom floral printa koja je novi komad u ormaru! Košulje naprosto obožavam. Izabrala sam gležnjače na punu petu koje cijeli outfit čine više casual.

When I saw them for the first time I thought to myself “These will be a huge hit“, and of course I was right…

All over the red carpets, big events, I would even say all over the world these shoes have been taking breath away from the millions of women. Different colors, different embellishments and 160mm of pure beauty and elegance probably got you drooling over them. Not only do you, Lady Gaga, Beyonce, Ciara, to name a few, fel in love with them, too.

Kada sam ih vidio po prvi put pomislio sam “Ove će postati hit“ i naravno bio sam u pravu. Na svim red carpetima, važnim iventima, usudio bih se čak reći pcijelom svijetu ove su cipele oduzele dah milijunima žena. Različite boje, različiti ukrasi i 160mm čiste ljepote i elegancije vjerojatno su vas natjerale da slinite za njima. Niste jedine. Lady Gaga, Beyonce i Ciara također su se zaljubile u njih.
