  • Jacobs  first collection for Perry Ellis was presenteed in 1989.
  • 1998 Jacobs’s first collection for Louis Vuitton hits the runway. I'm really disappointed I didn't find the video. :(

STYLE ICONS THEN AND NOW: THE DESIGNERS

Meet the true style icons! These woman are talented fashion designers and fashion icons of their time.
The first one was setting trends and the second one still does! The world loves them because of their unique style that never fades. Each has her own style and they can’t be compared, but the passion they share for fashion will always exist. But still…classic and modern yet go together!
What do you think fashionistas?

…stay fabulous!

COCO CHANEL
“Fashion fades, only style remains the same.”
This is one of the most famous sayings by Coco Chanel. And one of my faves!

Hardly anyone doesn't know who Coco Chanel is! Her name became synonym for fashion. This powerful and fierce woman with unique and exquisite taste had changed views on fashion.
She began her career in 1909 when she opened her first shop to sell woman’s hats and soon became very successful. She was the most remembered for two inventions: pefume Chanel No.5, which was launched in 1923, and Chanel suits consisting of a skirt to the knees and a jacket. We are eternally grateful to Coco Chanel fot the little black dress which was created in 1926 and became popular thanks to Audrey Hepburn.

Isn't she fabulous? Love her!!
  Steal her look!

So chic, isn’t it?

VICTORIA BECKHAM
You have to admit this woman has a style!  The former Spice Girl and David Beckham's  wife started her fashion career with a line of jeans called VB Rocks for the Rock & Republic brand in 2004. Over the years she proved that she is really talented and serious about her career as a designer.
Victoria said. "I'm so grateful to the fashion industry for accepting me and giving me a chance."

Love her style! Love to see a stylish woman!
Steal her look!
