Yesterday while I was reading the Croatian Elle I came across the name of Manish Arora. The first time I heard of Arora was in 2008 when Katy Perry wore his outfit at the MTV Awards.

Guys, have you seen that dress?

Nicki Minaj also wore his dress at the 2010 AMA's.

Although his ​​Spring Summer collection was presented at the Paris Fashion Week a few months ago, Manish Arora definitely earnd a place on our blog. This Indian designer is just amazing, and his S/S 2011 collection is so imaginative, creative and cheerful. But I guess the right word to describe it is - futuristic.

LACE EMBRACE

This season was all about bright colors, prints and sheer fabrics. But one particular trend caught my eye - lace embrace. Christopher Kane emphasized his feminine silhouettes with in-your-face, neon colors. Balenciaga's shirts were made of mismatched, plasticized lace. There was, likewise, a lot of romance in Ralph Lauren's return to the Old West, and of course D&G marvelous lace collection!

I find it very feminine and sexy but still classy. What do you think GOTTA HAVE IT OR MAKE IT STOP?
